Processing, recipients & retention

The production site is hosted on Netlify, and Netlify Forms is enabled for the controlled qualification enquiry workflow. Netlify’s current public privacy materials identify Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States, and list privacy@netlify.com as a privacy contact. Netlify may use affiliated entities and subprocessors to provide its services.

Submission from mainland China may therefore involve cross-border provision of personal information. The form presents a separate cross-border consent acknowledgement. The operator should maintain any required personal-information protection impact assessment and other compliance records before live activation.

Enquiry information is generally retained for no longer than reasonably necessary for these purposes and, as an operational ceiling, up to 730 days from the last meaningful business interaction. Information should be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed. Longer retention is limited to cases where reasonably necessary for an active contract, legal obligation or dispute.
